Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with our flower bed or balcony arrangement services, please contact us within 30 days of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments to meet your expectations.

Plant Replacements

If any plants fail to thrive within the initial 90 days after installation due to defects or improper installation, we will replace them at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by neglect, extreme weather conditions, or acts beyond our control.

Service Adjustments

We understand that design preferences may change. If you wish to modify your arrangement after installation, we offer adjustment services. Additional charges may apply for significant changes or new materials.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for services not yet rendered will be processed according to the terms agreed upon in your service agreement.
